On the Change Dashboard page, users can view various Advanced reports related to Change Management.

To View Change Management Dashboard:

  1. Select Reports. The following page is displayed.

  2. Click Advanced Reports. The Report List page is displayed.
  3. Click Dashboards tab at the top of the page, the Dashboard List and Viewer page is displayed.

  4. Under Modules, click Change Management and select the required Dashboard.

This tile displays the count of Open Changes. You can view further details of the open Changes in the drill-down page by clicking the number (count) on the tile.


The drill-down page provides details, such as Change Request ID, Request Registration Time, Requested By, Change Type, Status, Category, Impact, Priority, Workgroup, Analyst, Planned Start Time, Planned End Time, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time, Solution, Closure Code, Closure Category, and Change Category.

High Risk Changes

This tile displays the count of High Risk Changes. You can view further details of the High-Risk Changes in the drill-down page by clicking the number (count) on the tile.
