What's New?
CI Relations indicate the relationship between multiple Configuration Items (CIs). This is required to identify the inter-dependencies between two or more CIs, which in turn helps in easy identification of a cause of failure, failure impact, and better proactive recovery planning.
To provide a better context and understanding about the CI relationship, the following enhancements are done on the RELATIONSHIP pop-up page of the CONFIGURATION ITEM ID page.
- Upon double-clicking a CI, it's immediate child/peer CI(s) is expanded and displayed that helps the users to understand all the relationships of a CI.

- View CI Details: The user is directed to the Details page of the selected CI to view the CI details.
- Close Menu: Click to close the context menu pan.
