What's New?
Following additional columns: Tenant (INCIDENT LIST and SERVICE REQUEST LIST pages), Parent Incident ID (INCIDENT LIST), and Parent SR ID (SERVICE REQUEST LIST) are added on the CONFIGURE COLUMNS pop-up page using which the users can choose to display or hide the additional details on the INCIDENT LIST and SERVICE REQUEST LIST pages (Incident/Request > User > Manage Incidents/Manage Service Requests > Incident List/Service Request List> Click CONFIGURE COLUMNS on the ACTIONS panel > Select Tenant from Available Columns > Click the Right Arrow to move to Selected Column > Click SUBMIT). For more information about configuring columns, see Personalizing Pages.
