What's New?
Now, the Administrators can provide access to the Requestors and Analysts to delete attachments in the Problem Record. This enables the Requestors and Analysts to delete the unwanted or wrong attachments from the Problem Records. For more information about how to provide delete attachments access to Requestor and Analyst, refer to Configuring Problem Management Module.
UI Changes
On the TENANT page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Tenant), a new field, Delete Attachments, is added as shown below. For more information about the fields on the DETAILS section, refer Configuring Problem Management Module.
Select the Enable For Analyst check box to provide delete access to Analysts.
Select the Enable For Requestor check box to provide delete access to PR Requestors.
