The USER COMMUNICATION and PRIVATE LOG sections under the COMMUNICATION tab on the WORK ORDER page is improved.

  • Option to select the Template while sending out user communications.
  • Better formatting options with Option to change the text area to rich text area for USER COMMUNICATION and PRIVATE LOG
  • Option to add multiple attachments while sending the user communications.
  • User communication changes are available on the Work Order CHANGE HISTORY

Configuration

On the NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE page, Administrators user can configure the User Communication templates for Work Orders. All the configured Templates for a Tenant are displayed under the USER COMMUNICATION for the Work Order. Field. While adding new Templates for Work Orders, a group, User Communication, should be created. This can be configured by clicking the Configure Groups icon on the ACTIONS panel.
