You can view the list of Appointments and cancel or re-schedule an Appointment.

To view or update Appointments:

  1. Select IT Clinic > User > My Appointments. The MY APPOINTMENTS page is displayed.
  2. On the MY APPOINTMENTS page, the list of Appointments are displayed.

  3. Select the Appointment ID of the Appointment that you want to cancel or re-schedule. The APPOINTMENT ID page is displayed.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on APPOINTMENT ID page:

Field

Description

Tenant

Displays the name of the Tenant.

Location

Displays the location.

Kiosk

Displays the name of the kiosk.

Capture Meeting Details

Displays Yes or No.

Appointment Slot

Displays the date and time of the appointment.

Symptom

Displays symptom details about the appointment.

Description

Displays the brief description about the appointment.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the APPOINTMENT ID page.

SHOW LIST

Click to view the list of appointments booked by you.

CANCEL APPOINTMENT

Click CANCEL APPOINTMENT on the ACTIONS panel to cancel the Appointment. Type in the Cancellation Remarks and click SUBMIT.

RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

Click RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT on the ACTIONS panel to reschedule the Appointment to a future date or time.
