The License Allocation Trend report displays the Procured vs. Allocated trend of Asset Licenses for the selected Tenant and license. For more information about Licensing, see SummitAI Service Management Licensing in SummitAI Platform Online Help. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Analysts or Admins can retrieve details on important aspects of required data from this report. Information regarding licenses which are procured and allocated for a selected year is displayed here. Example: The number of procured and allocated asset license allocation trend for the year 2021 is easily known by this report.

Steps to access License Allocation Trend Report

1.Navigate to Reports > Asset Management >License Allocation Trend Report.

2.Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3.  Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.  

Fields

Description

Tenant*

Tenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants

License Name

Select License Name from the drop-down list. Example : .Net, Advanced Password Recovery, Camtasia.

Location

Select the location from the LOCATION tree. For more information, see Configuring Location And Store.

YearSelect Year from drop-down.

4. Click SUBMIT.
The License Allocation Trend Report is displayed.

titleGraphical View

You can view a graphical representation of the Number of licenses against time period. Different color coded lines are displayed in the report. These color coded lines in the report depict License Allocation and License Procured in that particular year.

X-axis

Asset Licenses allocated in the selected Time Period. Licenses Procured and Licenses Allocated both

data is displayed here with different colored lines. 

Y-axisDisplays total Number of Licenses.

Move the cursor to various sections on the bar graph to view more details about the respective assets. Click the Download on the top-right corner to download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image.

The tabular view of the report is shown in the following figure. The month wise count for Procured Licenses and Allocated licenses are displayed here.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report

You can perform the following actions from the ACTIONS panel of the Assets by Floor report page.
