You can book Appointments related to minor issues, such as enabling USB port, Mouse/ LAN cable replacement and so on.

To Book Appointments:

  1. Select IT Clinic > User > New Appointment.

  2. On the NEW APPOINTMENT page, select the Tenant, Location and Kiosk for which you want to book the Appointment.
  3. Type in a user name, if you want to book Appointment for another user. This field is displayed to you, only if it is configured by the Administrator (see: Configuring Kiosk).
  4. Select Yes for Capture Meeting Details if you want to capture the meeting details or else select No.
  5. Select the required Appointment Date and Appointment Time from the drop-down list.
  6. Type in the Symptom for which you want to book the Appointment.
  7. Type in the Description and click SUBMIT.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to view the list of Appointments.
