The Multi-factor authentication report displays the successful and failed OTP login attempts for a specific user.

A Multi-factor authentication report has a default list view that shows:

  • User ID
  • User Name
  • E-mail ID
  • OTP Status
  • Attempt Date Time
  • Client IP

Select an item in the list view to get more detailed information.

To view the Multi-Factor Authentication Report:

  1. Select Reports > Admin > Multi-Factor Authentication Report. The MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION page is displayed.

  2. On the ACTIONS panel, click the Filters and select the required << >>. The MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page is displayed with details of the selected record.

The report displays the the successful and failed OTP login attempts.

Click the hyperlink corresponding to No. of User field to view the list of Users targeted for the Survey.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records on the MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page. You can view the report based on the OTP Status (Failed or Success) or User Name or both.

FieldDescription
OTP Status

Choose one of the following options from the drop-down list:

  • Failed - Include only failed login attempts
  • Success -Include only successful login attempts
User NameSpecify the user name.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

EXPORT ALL

Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
