You can view and print the bar codes of the Accessories in an organization. Each barcode is unique so this is useful in the identification of Accessories. During an Accessory movement, the Store Manager can easily validate and scan the Asset barcode using a barcode scanner.

To print Accessory barcode:

  1. Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory.
  2. On the ASSET INVENTORY page, under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click ACCESSORIES.
  3. On the ACCESSORIES page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required details and click SUBMIT to view the list of Assets based on the filter criteria. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Searching Assets.
  4. Select the Assets whose barcodes you want to print.
  5. Click PRINT BARCODE icon on the ACTIONS panel.
  6. On the PRINT BARCODE pop-up page, click the Print Barcode icon to print the barcode of the selected Assets.
