Page Comparison

Using the The LICENSE MONITORING page , the Administrators can provides access to the users to monitor the usage of Licenses by the Concurrent Analysts. If a session is idle for a long time, the Administrator User can terminate the session of an Analyst. If all the available Licenses are utilized occupied by the Analysts, the deactivation of a License helps the next Analyst use it. For more information about Licensing, see SummitAI Service Management Licensingacquire it.

To monitor the License usage:

1. Select Admin > Advanced > License > License Monitoring. LICENSE MONITORING page is displayed. The list of all the logged in Analysts using the Licenses are displayed License users appears in the LIST section.

2. To deactivate any Analyst from the list, click the Deactivate icon available in the grid. The deactivated Analyst name disappears from the list.

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the LICENSE MONITORING page.

Filters

Click Filters to display the FILTERS pop-up page to specify the filter criteria to view the License usagedisplay the license uses time of the user. You can specify the Domain, Department, Workgroup, Analyst Name, and Last  User Name and Access Time Duration (From Date and To Datefrom date and to date) on the FILTERS pop-up page. Click SUBMIT.

HISTORY

Click HISTORY to view the last access details.

DEACTIVATE

Select a multiple Analysts from the LIST page and click DEACTIVATE to deactivate the selected Analysts.

REFRESH

Click REFRESH to refresh the list of Concurrent Analysts.
