Report Description
The CIs By Attibute report displays the number of CIs and its details available for a particular Attribute and Classification in a graphical and tabular format. For more information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports_CMDB.

Section 1
The number of CIs available for a selected attribute is represented by different Charts. Click on the Chart Type drop-down list and select the required option.
- ScrollColumn2D: To view the report in Bar chart.
- ScrollArea2D: To view the report in Area chart.
- ScrollLine2D: To view the report in Trend chart.

Section 2
The number of CIs available for a selected attribute is displayed in a tabular format. Click on the hyperlink in the Count column to view the details of the CIs.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the CIs By Attribute page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the CIs By Attribute report.

Click PRINT to print the report.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the report to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
