PVU or Processor Value Unit is a unit of measure to quantify licensing of software on different processor technologies and configurations.The License Compliance by PVU Report displays the number of procured software licenses, valid software licenses, and the count of PVU-based Allocated and Unallocated software installations. It also displays the total number of software licenses that are used and the number of software licenses that are in stock. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

This report provides information such as consumption details of all the PVU licenses. You can further drill-down the report to view the Allocated and Unallocated software license installation details, the customer-wise software installation counts, and the installation details for Internal and Publisher compliance. and it is easy for them to understand out of the procured licenses which are being optimally used. Using this report, it is easy to check and reassign the licenses to different teams where it will be helpful and save costs. |

Steps to Access Report
- Navigate to Reports> Asset Management> License Compliance by PVU Report.
- Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.
Field | Description Tenant |
Tenant | Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. |
Location Location | Select the Floor Location. Click |
Publisher Publisher | The name of the software publisher, responsible for its development and distribution. |
Include In-Store Assets Assets | Currently Available Assets. |
Show Internal Compliance Compliance | Standards set by the internal management of a company. |
Show Publisher Compliance Compliance | Standards set forth by external legal or regulatory authorities. |
4. Click SUBMIT.
