The SAM Password Report provides the credentials for the list of Assets that are contacted by the SAM Agents through the Local Password Management policy. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.
Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

SummitAI Asset Management Agent (SAM) is a virtual agent that is installed on the client’s machine to systematically track, evaluate, and manage the Hardware and Software that are installed on the machine. Steps to access SAM Password Report
1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > SAM Password Report
2. Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.
Field | Description |
Tenant* | Tenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants. |
Customer | Enter the name of the customer. |
| City | Select the City from the list available. |
| Country | Select the Country from the list available. |
| From Date | Specify the start date of the time period for which the report is to be displayed. |
| To Date | Specify the end date of the time period for which the report is to be displayed. |
| Version | Specify the Version of the application. |
| Search By | Select the category for which the report is to be displayed. |
| Search Value* | Enter the relevant Search Value based on the selected Search by category. This is a mandatory field. |
4. Click SUBMIT
The SAM Password Report will be displayed.

5. Click the View Credentials icon to view the credentials of the selected machine.

6.To view the Machine password, click the View Password icon. The Password is will be displayed. Click OK.

Click the Refresh Report 
to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report
You can perform following actions from the ACTIONS panel of the SAM PASSWORD REPORT page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to view the list of Assets and their respective credentials.

Click PRINT to print the records displayed on the page.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed in the reportIcon | Action |
