From DENALI SP3 Release onwards, End Users can see a message to send an email for raising a service request. This message will be displayed to End Users only if Admin has selected the DISPLAY RULES TO USERS checkbox in the Notification Parser page. To explore more and identify which rules and conditions to comply for creating SR via email, the end user needs to click on ‘Click here to view how? link.

Once you click on ‘Click here to view how? link it displays the configured rules to the end user. This helps the end user to exactly know, where to send emails and which conditions to comply for creating a service request as shown in the following figure.
