You can import multiple Budgets from a Microsoft Excel sheet. By importing in bulk, you do not have to create a new Budget each time.

To import Budgets in bulk:

  1. Select Procurement > Configuration > Budget.
  2. On the BUDGET page, click IMPORT on the ACTIONS panel. The IMPORT BUDGET pop-up page is displayed.
  3. On the IMPORT BUDGET pop-up page, click the Download Template  icon on the upper-right corner of the page. The Budget_Config_Template Excel workbook is downloaded. Fill in the Budget details in the template and save it.
  4. Under the UPLOAD tab, select the Tenant for which you want to import the Budgets and upload the saved Budget_Config_Template Excel workbook in the Source field. Click NEXT.

  5. Under the PREVIEW tab, select the Sheet to import the Budgets. The uploaded Budget details are displayed. If you do not want to upload a Budget, select the Discard check box against the Budget, and then click SUBMIT.
