Search BI Problem Record RCA Record report displays the report "of PRs based on your search criteria". You You can view details such as PR Problem ID, Registration time, Type, Status, Category, Assigned Workgroup, Impact, Problem Log Time, Caller Name, Caller Email ID, RCA Deadline, Information, Description, Urgency Name, Impact Name, Priority Name, RCA Submitted Date and so on.

Click on Image Added icon to update the search results of the report based on the filter criteria.
On the table, click the PR ID hyperlink to view the PR detailson the Image Added icon under the Problem ID column to display the vertical view of the remaining set of field details of the report which are not visible in the horizontal view of the report. For information about viewing reports, see see Viewing Reports.

Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the SEARCH Report.

FILTERS
Click FILTERS to specify the filter criteria to display the records in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Select the required option from the drop-down list of the field log Time. The available options are as follows:
- Current Quarter
- Previous Quarter
- Current Year
- Previous Year
- Current Month
- Previous Month
- Current Week
- Previous Week
- Today
- Yesterday
- In the Future
- In the Past
- Next & Last 30 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 7 Days
FIELDS
Click on FIELDS to select the required fields which needs to get displayed in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

EXPORT TO EXCEL (Not Required)
