You can export the Software to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
To export the Software:
Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory.
On the ASSET INVENTORY page under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click SOFTWARE.
On the SOFTWARE page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required filter criteria and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Searching Assets.
Select the check box corresponding to the Software that you want to export. On the ACTIONS panel, click EXPORT TO EXCEL or EXPORT ALL.
