The Assets by Store Report provides the count of Assets available in each Store under each asset category. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

This report gives a comprehensive view of all the assets based on their asset categories in each store for a selected Tenant. The report has a graphical and a tabular view.

Steps to access Assets By Store Report 

To view the Assets by Store Report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Assets by Store Report.
  2. Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report.
    The FILTERS pop-up appears.

  3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table. 

    FieldDescription
    TenantSelect the Tenant from the list available. This is a mandatory field. For more details, view Tenant.
    Location

    Select the Store Location. Click to search for a specific store location. For more details, view Location.

    Asset StatusSelect the status of the asset. 
  4. Click SUBMIT.
    The Assets by Store report is displayed. You get a graphical and tabular view of the report.

You can view a graphical representation of different asset counts against each Store name. Each bar is depicted in a different color that represents the category of asset.

Move the cursor to various sections on the bar graph to view more details about the respective assets. Click the Download icon on the top-right corner to download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image. 

Under Count section at the bottom different asset categories configured for the selected tenant are displayed.

Click on any of the asset category (DESKTOP_IMPORT, IPHONE 12, Laptop, etc. are different asset categories) to enable or disable them from being displayed on the Store Wise Assets - ALL bar graph.

x axisThe x axis indicates the count for number of assets installed for each asset category.
y axisThe y axis indicates the store-names where assets of different categories are installed.

The tabular view of the Assets by Store report gives store-wise asset counts under each asset category.

Click any count hyperlink in the tabular view to display the store-wise asset summary. The list of respective assets with details such as Asset ID, Asset Code, Status - Sub Status info, Asset Location and so on are displayed in the ASSET SUMMARY pop-up page. 

If no Sub Status value is mapped to an asset then the Sub Status field will be blank for the corresponding asset in the report.

Click any Asset ID hyperlink in the ASSET SUMMARY pop-up page to view the details of the selected asset.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSETS BY STORE REPORT page.

IconAction

Prints the displayed records of the corresponding page.

Exports the displayed records on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

 Exports the complete list of report records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
