You can view the Services you are entitled for. You can log a Service Request to request for a Service Entitlement. The Service Entitlements do not need approvals.

To view Services:
- On the USER DASHBOARD (Dashboard menu), click the MY ENTITLEMENTS tile under OTHERS section. Alternatively, select Request > User > My Entitlements.

To avail Services:
- On the MY ENTITLEMENTS page, under the ENTITLED SERVICE section, click the Service you want to avail.
- The LOG SERVICE REQUEST page is displayed with the details about the selected service. Fill in the required details and click SUBMIT. No approval is required as this is an entitled Service.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel.
Filters
Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the entitled and availed Services. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the Tenant for which you want to view the Services. Click SUBMIT.

SUPPORT DOCUMENTS
Click SUPPORT DOCUMENTS to view the documents related to the selected Service.
