The Service Dashboard helps you to monitor the performance of the components of a respective service. The other dashboards such as Server Dashboard or Storage Dashboard provides the information about the servers or components in the infrastructure level, but the Service Dashboard provides information about the components in the service level so that you can monitor the performance of the components of the respective service.
The Service Dashboard displays the summary of the services for the selected Tenant. You can view the information for the respective services individually such as components summary, top 10 components with the downtime, top 10 components which has highest Hard Disk utilization, CPU utilization, memory utilization, and so on.
To view Service Dashboard:
- Select Operations > User > Views > Service Dashboard.
- On the SERVICE DASHBOARD page, select the Tenant. The summary of the services under the selected Tenant is displayed.
It displays the Service ID, Service Name, Service Description, Service Status, Service Owner, and Selected Period Availability (%) of the service for the selected period.

This table displays the summary of the components under the selected service. It displays the Component Type, Host Name, IP Address, Operating System, Down From (date and time when the component stopped functioning), DURATION for which the component is not functioning, and the CRITICALITY of component being down. This report displays the top ten components based on the downtime percentage. Downtime is the time duration for which the component is not functioning. Downtime percentage is referred as the time when the component is down to the time when the component is up. The table displays the HOST NAME, the IP ADDRESS, and the LAST 30 DAYS DOWNTIME percentage. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the component.
