What's New?
The Change Requests can now get auto-rejected or approved if they are pending for any action for a configured period of time. A notification e-mail is sent to the Change Requester accordingly. This helps in clearing the queue for the long pending Change Requests.
A new Auto Approval check box is added on the Properties pop-up of the WORKFLOW page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Workflow > Select Change Management on the Filter pop-up and click SUBMIT > Select a Workflow > Double-click on the Approval block or right-click and click Properties). The Administrators can now select the Auto Approval check box and select Approve or Reject option. Specify the time duration in the Approve/Reject Duration text box after which the Change Record should be auto-approved or auto-rejected. For more information, see Configuring CR Approval Workflow.
