About SQL Server Dashboard

On the SQL SERVER DASHBOARD page  (Dashboard > Select Operations Dashboard menu > SQL Server Dashboard), you can view the SQL Server details for a selected Tenant and Servers. On the SQL Server Dashboard, you can view the Server details, Server variables, top ten databases by data file utilization, top ten databases by table count, top ten databases by user count, and backup details.

The following section describes the various reports on the SQL SERVER DASHBOARD page :

  • SERVER DETAILS: You can view the Server details, such as Host Name, IP Address, Status, CPU Utilization, HDD Utilization, and Memory Utilization. The Server icon is displayed which also represents the status of the Server (Hands up: Up Server, Hands down: Down Server).
  • SERVER VARIABLES: You can view the Host Name, IP Address, Variable and values for Server. Click the Value hyperlink to view SQL Server Threshold details.
  • TOP TEN DATABASES BY DATA UTILIZATION: You can view the top ten databases based on the maximum data file utilization. Based on the utilization of the Server it is displayed in either green or red color, respectively.
  • TOP 10 DATABASE BY TABLE COUNT: You can view the graph of the top ten databases generated based on the table count. You can view the table count details by clicking on the respective section in the graph.
  • TOP 10 DATABASE BY USER COUNT: You can view the graph of the top ten databases generated based on the maximum database utilization by multiple users. You can view the user count details by clicking on the respective section in the graph.
  • BACKUP DETAILS: You can view the backup details of the SQL Server. You can view Differential, Log and Full backup types in the Backup Type list. You can view the selected Backup Type details.
