After the Notification Parser Rules are configured, you can view the Notification Rules, for the selected Tenant. From Denali SP3 release onwards, the new columns added to the list view are: Actions, The Notification Parser List page is updated with the new columns for better tracking. You can now get a sense of which rule is configured for which action and make the changes quickly. The new columns introduced from DENALI SP3 release onwards are ACTION, Updated By, Last Updated Time, and Order No.

To view the list of Notification Parser rules:

  1. Select Admin > Notifications > Notification Parser.
  2. Select the Tenant from the Tenant list for which you want to view the list of Rules configured.
    List of Rules for the respective Tenant is displayed as shown in the following figure.

    Column NameDescription
    Rule NameIndicates the Notification Parser Rule name.
    WorkgroupIndicates the Workgroup type which can be Email or WhatsApp.
    MailboxIndicates the Mailbox configured for the respective Notification Parser Rule.
    From Email IDIndicates the From Email ID where the emails are sent to create a Service Request. 
    ActionsIndicates whether it is Log SR or Log Incident, Log Incident, Log Call, Update Incident, Update SR, or Approve SR. It helps to understand that the rule is configured to create an SR via an email.
    Updated ByIndicates the user who has last updated performed the Notification Parser Rule changes.
    Last Updated TimeIndicates the date and time when the rule was last updated.
    Order NoIndicates the order number assigned to the respective rule. Lower the Order Number, higher would be the priority for processing the Rule. ExampleFor example, Rule A with Order Number 1 gets higher priority over the Rule B with Order Number 2.
