More Accurate Effort Logging for Change Record Tasks On the TASK page, the Effort field is now improved to record more accurate effort logging using the newly added fields, Days, Hours, and Minutes. The Effort in days, hours, minutes is also captured in the Task History. The Effort details can be viewed as a column value under the Task Efforts column on the CHANGE RECORD LIST page. Logging SRs by Selecting Service Catalogs from Groups Within Service Catalog Packages The Catalogs for application access are created. Where every application corresponds to a Catalog and all of these application catalogs are bundled to a Catalog Package. Using this new feature, the Requestor can select the Service Catalogs from a Package, the Catalog forms is displayed based on the catalogs selected by the Requestor on the the first tab. Improved, Consistent COMMUNICATION Tab for Work Orders The USER COMMUNICATION and PRIVATE LOG sections under the COMMUNICATION tab on the WORK ORDER page is improved. Hiding Incidents and Service Requests with Inactive Feedback Questions from INCIDENT FEEDBACK and FEEDBACK Reports Now, under the FEEDBACK section of the INCIDENT FEEDBACK REPORT/FEEDBACK REPORT, those Incidents are removed if all the Feedback Questions mapped to the Incidents are inactive. |
