The Software License Compliance By Location Report displays a tabular report on the number of licenses, their usage, and over usage.
Steps to Access Report
1.Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Software License Compliance By Location Report.
2.Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.
Field | Description |
Tenant* | Tenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants |
Location | Select the Floor Location. Click |
| Include In-Store Assets | Currently Available Assets. |
4. Click SUBMIT.
The Software License Compliance By Location Report is displayed

In the list report, you can view the number of Purchase, Usage, and In Stock license details. You can also view whether the license is Compliant/Non-Compliant in the Status column. You can further expand the license name to view the details based on location.
ACTIONS
You can perform the following actions from the ACTIONS panel of the Assets by Floor report page.
