The Location Hierarchy provides a tabular view of the configured Locations and Stores of a selected Tenant. The table also lists the count of Assets for each Location and Store.

Click Expand All to view all the asset locations and stores in hierarchy.

You can click any count hyperlink in the Count column to view the corresponding Store-wise asset summary. This summary provides both graphical and tabular view of the count of assets in each Status (Allocated, In Store, Inactive, In Repair) as following.

Click any count hyperlink to view the corresponding assets as per their categories (Desktop, Laptop, iPhone, CMDB, etc.).

Clicking on the count hyperlink provides the comprehensive list of assets in the selected Asset Category.

Click any Asset ID hyperlink to view the details of the selected asset.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the LOCATION HIERARCHY REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters to select the Tenant for which you want to view the report.

PRINT

Click PRINT  to print the displayed table records.
