You can configure Domain and associate a User Account with it. This allows you to only allow users (Analysts) under this Domain to have Administrative rights (for example, take control of computers, reset password, etc.). This way a common Admin account can be maintained in an organization, which ensures compliance. For users not working from the organization’s network (traveling, working from client location, attending seminars, trainings, working from home, etc.), they cannot change or reset their passwords if required until they are on the organization’s network. To overcome such situations, you can configure User Accounts with Domain. The Analysts can view the End Users’ credentials and help the End Users to connect to VPN and reset or change their passwords.
