The Assets by Floor Report displays a graphical and tabular view of the different types of Assets and their count on each floor. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

Note

The Assets by Floor Report considers and displays only the allocated Assets. The Assets that are not in-store, in-transit, or in-repair are not displayed as part of this report.

In the graphical report, you can choose the Chart Type. To view more details about the Assets, move the cursor to the various sections of the bars. You can also download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image by clicking the Download icon on the top-right corner of the report.


Figure: Count

Click the Assets on the Count section to enable or disable them from being displayed on the FLOOR WISE ASSET report (Bar Graph). You can also view a tabular report of the Floor Wise Asset report. Click the hyperlinks to view details about the Assets.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSETS BY FLOOR REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters to select the Tenant and the location for which you want to view the report.

PRINT TABLE

Click PRINT TABLE to print the displayed report records.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
