You can configure the Data settings and map the data based on the selected Module.
To configure the ITSM Data Settings
- Select Orchestration > ITSM Data Settings. The ITSM DATA SETTINGS page is displayed.
Figure: ITSM Data Settings - Select the Module Name from the drop-down list. Based on the selected Module, the Field Names are displayed to configure.
- Specify the required details.
- Click SUBMIT. The Data Settings for the selected Module are saved.

| Field Name | Default names are displayed based on the Module selection. |
| Field Alias | Specify the required name to be displayed. |
| Control Type | Specify the type of control. Following are the types of controls:

| Response Key | Specify the Response Key value. |
| Active | Select the checkbox to make configured data settings active. |
