The Asset Transaction Details Report displays a tabular report on the Asset transaction details for a selected Tenant and Category. You can view the transaction details on a daily, weekly, monthly, and for a specified date range. This report provides you the count of allocated Asset, new Assets, deactivated Assets, and repair Assets. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

This report is important source of information for effective management and utilization of the company assets. It will be helpful to track expenses and cost. Asset transaction details report for a selected period is a fast and accurate way of improving business decisions.

Steps to access Asset Transaction Details Report
To view the Asset Transaction Details report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Asset Transaction Details Report.
    Click Filters.
    The Filters pop-up page is displayed.

  2. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the Field Description table.

    TenantSelect the required tenant from the drop-down list. For more information, see Configuring Tenant.
    CategorySpecify the category.
    LocationSpecify the location from the Location tree hierarchy. For more information, see Configuring Location.
    Search BySpecify the search by value such as Asset ID, Asset Code etc.
    Search ValueSpecify the search value such as Asset ID value, Asset Code value, etc.
    Asset Condition

    Specify the asset condition from the drop-down list. Available options are as following:

    • All
    • Good 
    • Faulty
    • Scrap
    • Can be Repaired
    • To be disposed
    • Maintenance
    Frequency

    Specify the asset condition from the drop-down list. Available options are as following:

    • Daily
    • Weekly
    • Monthly
    • Custom Range
    From Date

    Select the date from the calendar icon.

    Week

    Select the week and the year from the drop-down list.

    Month

    Select the month and the year from the drop-down list.

    From Date

    Select the start date from the calendar icon.

    Select the end date from the calendar icon.

  3. Click Submit.
    The Asset Transaction Details report is displayed. You get a graphical and tabular view of the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

    Field Description

    Description

    x-axisDisplays the asset transaction type such as Allocated Assets, New Assets, Deactivated Assets, Required Assets, Assets in Movement and Updated Assets. You can view the detailed view at the bottom of the report. You can click on Asset Id hyperlink to view the details of the specific asset.
    y-axisDisplays the asset count relative to x-axis.

    Download 

    Click the Download icon on the top-right corner of the report to download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image. Available options are as follows:

    • Export as PNG
    • Export as JPG
    • Export as PDF
    • Export as SVG
    • Export as CSV

    You can view the tabular view of the report as shown below:

    Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

You can perform following actions from the ACTIONS panel of the Asset Transactions Details report page.

Icons

Action

Prints the displayed report records.

Exports the displayed records on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

Exports the complete list of report records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
