Report Description
The Resolution Summary By User Custom Attribute report displays the count of Incidents created, resolved, and resolution SLA %age met. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports.

Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT RESOLUTION SUMMARY BY USER CUSTOM ATTRIBUTE REPORT page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
