You can view and print the bar codes of the Software in an organization. Each barcode is unique so this is useful in the identification of Software.
To print Software barcode:
Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory.
On the ASSET INVENTORY page, under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click SOFTWARE.
On the SOFTWARE page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required details and click SUBMIT to view the list of Software based on the filter criteria. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Searching Assets.
Select the Software whose barcodes you want to print.
Click PRINT BARCODE icon on the ACTIONS panel.
On the PRINT BARCODE pop-up page, click the Print Barcode icon to print the barcode of the selected Software.
