Report Description
Open Category Pareto Chart is a Pareto chart based report on top Classification types for the time period you specified (for a selected set of Workgroups and the selected Tenant).

By default Top 10 Open Categories are displayed as shown in the above screen shot. You can select to view Top 15 Category, Top 20 Category, and Top 25 Category from the Filter By list.
On the graph, click the bar for a category to view the list of incidents logged for the selected category. On the INCIDENT LIST pop-up page, click the Incident ID hyperlink to view the incident details. For information about viewing reports, see View Reports.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the OPEN INCIDENT CATEGORY PARETO CHART page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the OPEN INCIDENT CATEGORY PARETO CHART page.
