The e-mail id validations are changed for the Send E-mail Option available to the Analysts in Incidents and Service Requests. The character length validation of domain names in the email ids is removed
The Incidents and Service Requests in Pending status are now auto-resolved based on the configurations made by the Administrators. This reduces Analyst's intervention and automates Incident/SR resolution.
The Endpoint Automation is introduced in the SummitAI Asset Management application with features, such as configuring Scripts on Endpoints, scheduling Script execution, configuring Incident and Action Templates, and mapping Profiles to Asset Groups.
