Service Request Mobile Application APIs
Following SR related APIs are available for the Mobile Application:
- Retrieving SR Status Summary Counts
- Bulk Approval of Service Requests
- Retrieving User Pending Approvals of SRs
- Retrieving Group Approval Details
Now, the following APIs are provided with the API Key based authentication:
- IM_LogUserIncident
- IM_GetCallerIncident
- IM_GetCallerDetails

Navigating to Incident Details Page from Notification pop-up Using SummitAI Mobile Application (SummitAI Mobile App)
Now, the user can navigate to the Incident details page upon clicking on notification pop-up in the SummitAI mobile application. Thus reduces time and effort made by the End User to see the Incident details.
Default Incident Management and Service Request options on Archival Page 1
Now, by default on the ARCHIVAL page,the Incident and Service Request options are displayed in the Module drop-down list.
