The Inactive Asset Report provides you the list of Assets that are deactivated in the application. The count of assets are listed along with the deactivation reasons such as CPU Problem, Damaged, End of Life, Lost, Mother Board Issue, and so on.

To view the list of inactive assets, click any of the applicable asset count hyperlink in the reason column.

In the INACTIVE ASSET REPORT list page, you can view the Asset ID, Asset Code, Asset Store, Store Location, Asset Status, Sub Status, Deactivated Date, Deactivation Reason, and so on of the inactive assets. Click the Asset ID hyperlink to view the details of the corresponding asset in detail.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INACTIVE ASSET REPORT page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the Inactive Asset Report.

Click PRINT icon 
to print the report.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL icon 
to export the displayed records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
