The Allocated Assets report provides a graphical and tabular report of the list of Allocated Assets, Assets In-Store, Assets In-Repair, and Deactive Assets. You can also view the Asset details, such as serial number of the Asset, Asset ID, Asset code, Employee ID, user name, customer, and so on for the Assets. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

To view Category-Wise Asset details, click on the related category on the graph.

To view the Allocated Assets for each Customer, click on the bar on the graph. The CUSTOMER WISE ALLOCATED ASSET SUMMARY graphical report is displayed.
To view the Allocated Assets and their details, click the bar on the CUSTOMER WISE ALLOCATED ASSET SUMMARY report. The Allocated Asset list is displayed in a tabular format. |
In the graphical report, you can choose the Chart Type. To view more details about the Allocated Assets, click the various sections of the bars. You can also download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG vector image by clicking the Download icon on the top-right corner of the report.

In the list report, you can view the count of Allocated, In-Store, In-Repair, and Deactive Assets for each Asset Category. To view more details, click the hyperlinks in the report.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ALLOCATED ASSET REPORT page.
Filters
Click Filters to select the Tenant and the location for which you want to view the report. Based on the selected Tenant and Location, the Allocated Asset Report is displayed.

PRINT TABLE
Click PRINT TABLE to print the displayed report records.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records in the report to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
MAP FIELDS
Click MAP FIELDS to display the CATEGORY FIELDS MAPPING pop-up page. Select a Mapping Column for each Category and click SUBMIT.
