You can approve or disapprove the Assets that you want to scrap or deactivate in an organization.

To approve an Asset to deactivate it:

  1. Click Asset > User > Manage Asset > Approvals > Approve Asset Deactivation.
  2. Click Filters on the ACTIONS panel. On the FILTERS pop-up page, select the Tenant for which you want to view the Assets, and then click SUBMIT.

  3. On the APPROVE ASSET DEACTIVATION page, the Assets that you want to deactivate are displayed.

  4. Select the Asset that you want to approve or disapprove and click APPROVE on the ACTIONS panel. If you want to approve the Asset Deactivation, select Accept in the Actions drop-down list. If you want to disapprove the Asset Deactivation, select Reject in the Actions drop-down list. Specify the Remarks, if any, and then click SUBMIT.

Filters

Click Filters to specify the filter criteria to view a particular set of Assets.
