Report Description

AD Graphs display reports on active directory parameters such as User Account Details, Top 10 User Groups, Global Catalog and In-site Connectivity Status. You can view icons such as Print,Refresh, Save Dashboard icons, and so on. Click the  icon to view these options. See Screen shot and details.  For information about how to view reports, see  Viewing Reports 2.

Field Description

The following table describes the icons on the Active Directory Dashboard

Icons

Description

Click this icon to hide the icon bar.

Click this icon to view the report in presentation mode.

Click this icon to create a new dashboard.

Click this icon to refresh the reports. Click this icon to select the refresh interval.

Click the icon to specify the filter for the report.







Click the icon to share the report.

The following table describes the fields on this page:

Fields

Description

Share With

Select the User from the drop-down list with whom you want to share the Dashboard.

Rights

Select the access right that you want to provide to the selected User.

Add rule

Click the button to add a new User and provide the User with access rights.

CANCEL

Click the button to cancel the action.

OK

Click the button to save the new Users and access right information.

Click the icon to schedule to e-mail the report.

Click the icon to print the report.

Click the icon to save the dashboard.

Click the icon to choose to e-mail the report as a link or as a pdf.

The following table describes the fields on the Schedule pop-up.

Field

Description

Date

Select the Date when you want to send the e-mail.

Time

Select the Time when you want to send the e-mail.

Time zone

Select the Time zone that you prefer to send the e-mail.

Repeat type

Select the frequency of the e-mail alerts.

Send Email as

Select the format of the e-mail.

Recipients

Enter the e-mail ids of the recipients to whom you want to send the e-mail








Click the icon to select the background color and background image.

The following table describes the fields on the Background pop-up.

Field

Description

Stretch image

Select this check box to stretch the image that you want to set as the background

image.

Image url

Select this option to enter the url of the image that you want to set as the background

image.

Open file in your computer

Select this option to browse the image from your system that you want to set as the

background image.

  • The User Account Details report displays the user count graph of bad password, locked out users, never logged on users, password last set, and so on. If you mouse over the graphs, you can view the user count for the respective active directory parameter. Click on the graph to view the user details for the respective parameter.

  • Top 10 User Groups graphs display the top ten user groups. If you mouse over the graph, you can view the count of users for the group. Click on the graph to view the user details of the respective group.

  • Global Catalog and In-Site Connectivity Status graphs display the success count of the global catalog and in-site connectivity status. Click on the graph to view the status reports of the Global Catalog and In-Site Connectivity Status details.
