Approval Workflow

A workflow is a pictorial representation of the steps that define a job or series of activities that are necessary to complete a task. It gives a better understanding of the process and thus helps the administrator to identify the steps easily and configure them as per the requirement. A workflow diagram visualizes how tasks will flow between resources, whether they are machines or people and what conditions allow the sequence to move forward.

Using the Graphical Workflow Design, you can create a workflow to define the following:

• Service Request (see SR Approval Workflow)
