The Event Service feature enables you to view all the events based on the services, impact, event status and event priority. This is useful to identify and analyze the issues and take measures.
On the EVENT SERVICE page, you can view the event count specific to the respective services based on the specified criteria. Click the link in Critical, Warning, Alert, and Information columns to view drill down for detailed information. For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports 1.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the EVENT SERVICE page.
Filters
Click FILTERS to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of reports is displayed.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
EXPORT ALL
Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
PRINT
Click PRINT to print the selected report.
PUSH REPORT
Click PUSH REPORT to configure the reports to be sent to the configured users at set intervals.
