The License Expiry Notification configure the license expiry notification and send notifications to the users. Using this functionality, the Admin can set the expiry reminder to alert the selected user(s) about the license expiry.
To configure license expiry notification:
- Select Admin > Advanced > License > License Expiry Notification.
- On the LICENSE EXPIRY NOTIFICATION page, type in the new license expiry notification details. For more information about the fields on the LICENSE EXPIRY NOTIFICATION page, see Field Description.
- Click SUBMIT.
A new License Expiry Notification is configured.
FIELD DESCRIPTION
The following table describes the fields on the LICENSE EXPIRY NOTIFICATION page:

Enable License Notification | If enabled, the notification is sent to the configured users. Note: If not enabled then the mail is not triggered to the users. |
Set License Expiry Reminder | You can set the expiry reminder days. Use a comma (,) separator to specify more than 1 day. Other special characters such as ; or { etc are not allowed as a separator. |
Search Users | You can add users by typing the Username to send the expiry notification. |
Selected Users | The license expiry email notification is triggered to the selected users displayed here. Ensure that you select the ‘Enable License Notification’ check box for this to work. If the ‘Enable License Notification’ check box is not selected then email notification will not trigger. |
