On the STATUS DETAILS REPORT, you can view the number of users who attempted to reset the password or unlock the account. Registered users can reset their password or unlock the account, which can reduce the support tickets related to resetting the password or unlocking the account. 

You can view the graphical and tabular report on the status of the AD account users. You can view the count of successful or failed password reset(s) done by the user(s) for a selected date. In addition, it also displays the medium such as Web Portal or Mobile App through which the Password Reset or Unlock Account is performed.

You can also view other details such as User Name, Keyword, Status, Requested Date and so on. For information about how to view reports, Viewing Reports 1.

FILTERS

Click Filters to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of report is displayed. 

Admin can quickly search, and filter details of password reset or unlock account using filter criteria such as: Status, Keywords, Medium, Duration, IP address, and search criteria. 

Example 

Admin needs to retrieve details of password reset with ‘Failure’ status performed for resets done through the Mobile App medium.  

Using following filter criteria, you can accomplish it:  

Status=Failure 

Medium=Select Mobile App 

This will display status details along with IP Address, Username and so on for Failed Password resets done through the Mobile App.

FIELD DESCRIPTION 

The following table describes the fields on the Filter pop-up. 

Fields 

Description 

Status 

Displays the report based on the password reset done by the user. There are two types of status for the password reset: 

  1. Success 
  2. Failed 

Keywords 

Displays the report based on the keyword configured.  

Example: RESET 

Medium 

Displays the report based on the different application medium. There are two types of medium: 

  1. Mobile App 
  2. Web Portal 

Period 

Displays the report for a specific period. Following are the periods available for selection 

  1. Today 
  2. Yesterday 
  3. Last 7 Days 
  4. Last 30 Days 
  5. Custom Date 

IP Address 

Displays the report related to the IP Address. 

Search 

Displays the report based on the keyword used for search.  

Example: Search for User Name or User Detail. 

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the STATUS DETAILS REPORT page.

Icons 

Action 

 

Prints the selected report. 

 

Exports the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel. 

 

Exports all the details to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
