The PMD Transactions report displays a list of reports for the Non-IT instances, such as Electrical fittings, Furniture and Equipments, and Motor Vehicles and the IT Tenant, such as Scrap. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.
Click Filters. On the FILTERS pop-up page, specify the filter criteria, such as, Tenant, Category Type, Report Type, Financial Year and Store to view the respective reports.

Note:
In the Financial Year field, you can select the financial year as well as the time intervals to view the reports. The time intervals are defined on Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis.
Note:
Select the Include Branches check box to view the report for the selected office as well as the reports for the available offices under the selected office.
You can view the following reports:
PMD-IIIA
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year, and Store. You can view the details of Furniture, Fixtures, Other equipments, and the Electrical Fittings that are purchased and capitalized during the specific period you selected. The tabular report displays the related Asset IDs, description of the purchased items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction of purchase, original cost of the items, and the depreciation amount of the items.

PMD-IIIB
This report displays a tabular report on the Asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the details of Motor Vehicles that are purchased and capitalized during the specific period you selected. The tabular report displays the related Asset Ids, description of the purchased items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction of purchase, original cost of the items and the depreciation amount of the items.

PMD-IVA
This report displays a tabular report on the Asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the details of Furniture, Fixtures, Other equipments, and the Electrical Fittings that are scraped during the specific period you selected. The tabular report displays the related asset Ids, description of the purchased items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction of purchase, original cost of the items, and the depreciation amount of the items.

PMD-IVB
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year, and Store. You can view the details of Motor Vehicles that are scraped during the specific period you selected. The tabular report displays the related asset Ids, description of the purchased items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction of purchase, original cost of the items, and the depreciation amount of the items.

PMD-V
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the details of Furniture, Fixtures, Other Equipments, Electrical Fittings, and Motor Vehicles that are moved from other branches to the selected branch during the specified period of time. The tabular report displays the related Asset IDs, description of the items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction, original cost of the items, written down value, depreciation reserve, related branch names, and the depreciation amount of the items.

PMD-VI
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the details of Furniture, Fixtures, Other Equipments, Electrical Fittings, and Motor Vehicles that are moved from the selected branch to other branches during the specified period of time. The tabular report displays the related Asset IDs, description of the items, category type, date of purchase, reference number for the sanction, original cost of the items, written down value, depreciation reserve, related branch names, and the depreciation amount of the items.

MOC
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the assets that are passed during the selected financial year with respect to selected balance sheet codes as per the Annex tu re VII of audit report. On the PMD I and II report, the MOC adjustments are displayed against the Code numbers 102, 103, 202 and 203.

NON-MOC
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year, and Store. You can view the rectification entries for the assets other than the assets that are passed in the selected financial year. On the PMD I and II report, the rectification entries are displayed against the Code numbers 111 and 208.

SCRAP
This report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation for a specific Tenant, Category Type, Financial year and Store. You can view the details of Computer Hardware Items that are to be scrapped during the specified period of time. The tabular report displays the related asset IDs, machine serial numbers, date of purchase, original cost of the items, depreciation of purchased items, WDV, and the depreciation amount of the items. The report also provides a total values of computer hardwares, total cost, total WDV, total CUMDEP, total depreciation, and a difference between total CUMDEP and total depreciation. ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PMD TRANSACTIONS page.
Click PRINT to print the displayed report records.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
