The SEARCH ASSET pop-up page is displayed. Specify the filter criteria to search for the specific Assets, and then click SEARCH. For more information about the fields on the SEARCH ASSET pop-up page, see Field Description.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the SEARCH ASSET pop-up page:
Field
Description
Tenant
Select the Tenant from the drop-down list to view the Assets.
Status
Select the Status from the drop-down list to view the Assets.
Category
Select the Category from the drop-down list to view the Assets.
Location
Select the Location from the list to view Assets belonging to that location. Click the Search icon to select the Location. On the LOCATION pop-up page, the Locations are displayed in the tree view. Use the Expand icon or click the Location name to expand the Location tree and select the required Location. You can also search for the required Location using the Search bar.
Note: If Enable Selection of the Parent Location check box is selected on the APPLICATION SETTINGS page, you can select only the Parent Location instead of Store/Floor. For more information about the fields on the APPLICATION SETTINGS page, see Configuring Asset Application Settings.

Search By
Specify the search criteria and specify the search value to get specific results.
If configured from the Asset Management Tenant configuration page, the custom attribute for all the assets are also listed in the drop-down list using which you can search assets. For more information about the configuration on the TENANT page, see Configuring Asset Management Module.
DETAILS
The DETAILS table displays the list of Assets and their details that are searched on the SEARCH ASSET pop-up page.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the SEARCH ASSET pop-up page.
PRINT TABLE
Click PRINT TABLE to print the displayed records.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORTTOEXCEL to export the records displayed on this page to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
EXPORT ALL
Click EXPORTALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
