If an user resigns/leaves the organization, it is required to re-assign his/her work (Service Requests, Service Catalogs, and Change Records) to another user. Using the Resigned Approver feature, a new Approver can be assigned to another Approver. This helps in re organizing the work and finish the pending tasks on time.
To re-assign a resigned user's work to another user:
- Select Admin > Basic > Users > Resigned Approver List.
