You can view all the events for the selected Tenant for Network Devices, Network Links, Proxy, Servers, URL, and Printers.
To view Event View:
- Select Operations > User > Views > Event View.
- On the EVENT VIEW page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the Tenant and required filter options to view the list of Servers. Click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Filters.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the EVENT VIEW page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Tenant | Displays the Tenant for which the event has occurred. |
Event Type | Displays the event type such as Critical, Warning or Alert. |
Event Date | Displays the date and time when the event has occurred. |
Device Name | Displays the name of the device. |
IP Address | Displays the IP address of the device. |
Device Type | Displays the type of device. For Example, Server, Network Device, Network Link, and so on. |
Event Category | Displays the category of the event for the selected device type. |
Message | Displays the message. |
Event ID | Displays the Event ID. |
Incident ID | Displays the Incident ID, if any. |
CI ID | Displays the CI ID, if any. |
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the EVENT VIEW page.
Filters
Click the FILTERS icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the events. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required details and click SUBMIT.

Click PRINT to print the list of records displayed on the page.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the list of records displayed on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
EXPORT ALL
Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
