Report Description

The CIs Unauthorized Changes report displays the list of CIs and its details where unauthorized changes are done by CMDB auto-update. For more information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports_CMDB.

Click the link on the CI ID column to view the CI details. Click the link on the Count column to view the details of the unauthorized changes.

Notes:

  • You can select a date in From and To Dates section to view the unauthorized changes in that date range.
  • You can customize the fields using various options in the tool bar. For more information, see CMDB Dashboard.
