Report Description
Impact report displays the number of incidents logged for each Change Request and Configuration Item. Click the Change Request ID or Configuration Item ID to view the CI details. For more information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports_CMDB.

Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the IMPACT REPORT.

EXPORT CI
Click EXPORT CI to export the Configuration item details to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
EXPORT CR
